1. Our commitment
Nourify Ltd, trading as NourifyMe, wants everyone to be able to access, understand and use this website regardless of disability, technology, device or method of interaction.
We aim to identify and remove barriers rather than relying on disabled visitors to work around them. Accessibility is treated as part of design, content, development and testing rather than a one-off exercise.
2. Using this website
We have designed the current website so that visitors should be able to:
- navigate the main pages using a keyboard;
- use visible keyboard focus indicators;
- zoom text and page content using browser controls;
- use the website on desktop, tablet and mobile screens;
- understand page structure through headings and landmarks;
- use descriptive labels on links, buttons and form fields;
- receive clear form validation and submission messages;
- use screen-reader software with the main page content;
- understand meaningful images through alternative text; and
- avoid unnecessary animation or time-limited interactions.
Browser and assistive-technology behaviour can vary. Keeping your browser, operating system and assistive technology updated may improve compatibility.
3. Accessibility standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our target standard.
WCAG provides internationally recognised guidance for making digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
NourifyMe is a private-sector website and is not presenting this statement as a declaration under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Our accessibility duties may nevertheless arise under applicable equality law, including the duty to make reasonable adjustments where required.
4. Current compliance status
The website is currently being developed toward WCAG 2.2 AA. Internal review has considered areas including:
- semantic HTML structure;
- keyboard navigation;
- focus visibility;
- form labels and status messages;
- alternative text;
- responsive layout;
- colour contrast;
- link purpose; and
- mobile navigation behaviour.
Because a complete manual and assistive-technology audit has not yet been completed, we describe the website as not yet formally assessed rather than claiming full or partial compliance.
5. Known limitations
We are not currently aware of a barrier that prevents access to the main informational content. However, the following areas may cause difficulty for some visitors:
Cloudflare Turnstile
The Founding Member form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and automated abuse. Turnstile is a third-party security component and its behaviour may vary depending on browser, privacy settings, scripts, network conditions or assistive technology.
If Turnstile does not load or cannot be completed, the form may not submit. You can contact us by email instead and we will provide a reasonable alternative.
Browser zoom and very narrow layouts
The website is responsive and intended to support browser zoom. At unusually high zoom levels or very narrow viewport widths, some content may require additional scrolling.
Third-party or external content
External websites reached through links from NourifyMe may not meet the same accessibility standard. We do not control their design or content.
Future content
New pages, documents, media or interactive features may introduce issues that are not listed here. We will review accessibility as the website develops and update this statement when material limitations are identified.
6. Third-party services
Parts of the website rely on services supplied by other organisations, including Cloudflare for website delivery, security and Turnstile verification.
We select and configure third-party services with accessibility in mind, but cannot directly control every aspect of their interface or compatibility. Where a third-party component creates a barrier, we will consider available configuration changes, alternative routes or replacement services.
7. Alternative formats and assistance
If you need information from this website in another format, contact us and explain what would help. Depending on the request, this may include:
- plain text;
- larger text;
- a simplified explanation;
- information provided by email;
- an accessible copy of a document; or
- an alternative way to register your interest.
We will consider requests individually and aim to provide a reasonable alternative wherever practicable.
8. Reporting an accessibility problem
Contact us if you:
- find any part of the website difficult or impossible to use;
- encounter an issue with keyboard or screen-reader navigation;
- cannot complete the Founding Member form;
- need information in another format; or
- have a suggestion that would make the website more accessible.
Email: contact@nourifyme.co.uk
It helps if you include:
- the page or feature affected;
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened;
- the browser, device or assistive technology used; and
- the format or adjustment that would help.
You do not have to disclose a diagnosis or provide unnecessary medical information.
9. How we respond
We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within five working days. More complex requests may take longer to investigate or resolve, but we will keep you informed where practical.
We will assess reported barriers based on their impact, urgency, the availability of an alternative and the work required to fix them. Serious barriers to core information or forms will be prioritised.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can ask us to review the matter again. The Equality Advisory and Support Service can also provide independent information and advice about discrimination and equality rights in England, Scotland and Wales.
10. Ongoing improvements
As the website develops, we intend to:
- test new components before publication;
- review colour contrast and focus states;
- check forms using keyboard-only navigation;
- review page structure with accessibility tools;
- test representative pages with screen-reader software;
- provide captions or transcripts for future media where needed;
- avoid inaccessible document formats where practical; and
- update this statement after significant changes or testing.
11. How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on 26 July 2026.
The website received an internal code and design review covering the homepage and shared legal-page template. This was not a full independent accessibility audit and should not be treated as one.
A future review should include automated checks, manual keyboard testing, zoom and reflow testing, and testing with representative assistive technologies against WCAG 2.2 AA.
